Asian Carrot Slaw
3/4 lb. carrots, peeled and shaved with a vegetable peeler
4 green onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbs. rice vinegar (leave it off it you're worried about it)
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. sesame seeds
1/2 t lime zest, plus 1 Tbs. fresh lime juice
coarse salt and ground pepper
In a bowl combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper, toss to combine-- just like Zoey's doing.
This is a great side for Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry
